Selgascano

José Selgas and Lucía Cano are a Spanish architecture duo who have been featured in the Serpentine Pavilion. Their art has been a useful tool in helping me further understand the importance of sculpture and space. The use of varied light and colour allows the sculpture to feel more spacious. This work has kick started a new line of thinking for my project. It has inspired me to look at sculpture as a way of expressing my artistic self. Their work is less to do with planning and structure and more to do with an organic development, this is something that I will take and try to apply.
